Registration Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

We understand that plans may change. Please review our refund policy carefully before registration. Please review our refund policy below:


Cancellation & Refund Requests

  • More than 30 Days Before the Event – Attendees who cancel their registration more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a 90% refund of the registration fee. A 10% processing fee will be deducted.
  • 15–30 Days Before the Event – Attendees who cancel between 15 and 30 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Less than 15 Days Before the Event – No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event.

Ticket Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant up to 20 days before the event. Transfer requests must be submitted by email and approved by the organizing team.

No-Show Policy

  • Participants who do not attend the event and do not request cancellation before the applicable deadline are not eligible for a refund.

Event Cancellation by Organizer

  • If AI Connect 2026 is cancelled by the organizer and not rescheduled, registered attendees will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

Technical Issues

  • Refunds will not be provided for attendee-side technical issues, including internet connectivity problems, device compatibility issues, software limitations, or local network disruptions.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
